UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) is a rating used to measure how effectively a fabric blocks the sun's UV radiation. Clothing with a UPF50+ rating blocks 99% of the sun’s UVA and UVB rays, offering excellent protection against sunburns, skin aging, and even skin cancer caused by prolonged exposure to UV rays.

Not as expected

I ordered this umbrella after reading good reviews and excited to use it once received. I have only used it on one occasion as it was quite sunny with a little breeze. I was shocked when I noticed the umbrella shaft was flimsy and not very durable. It didn’t feel strong with only a little breeze! I also noticed the stitching wasn’t that good either. Overall disappointed as I expected better.

Excellent quality

Excellent quality. Brolly packed in its own carry case with UV strength measure and guide to when to use the brolly. I am very impressed. Of course since I received it, it has rained. Need to purchase as I have skin condition which means I need to stay out of direct sunlight. I would recommend

Essential sun protection

Excellent shade in the fiercest of UK heatwaves. Can't leave home without it in July and August. Also, comes in a case so excellent storage for rest of the year.
