What are the different types of arm sleeves?

There are several distinct types of arm sleeves, each designed for a specific purpose:

  • Compression arm sleeves – Graduated compression garments that improve blood circulation, reduce muscle fatigue, and support recovery. Widely used by athletes and people with circulatory conditions.
  • UV protection arm sleeves – Lightweight, breathable sleeves rated with a UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) to shield the skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays. Popular with cyclists, golfers, and runners.
