I'm afraid this seller is not to be trusted

I'm afraid this seller is not to be trusted. Items were ordered but did not fit, and the seller prevaricated over any kind of return and now does not reply to E Mails. His own, returns policy is not worth the paper its written on. We are now going to have to go down the credit card charge back route, and now it is radio silence from the seller. NOT RECOMMENDED

Hi Dawn, we're very sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Please contact us directly so we can resolve this issue promptly. We appreciate your feedback and hope to make things right.
